Get your form and technique validated by sending your exercises videos for expert feedback. Improve your exercise execution and prevent injuries with professional guidance. You can either book a specific time for video conferencing with the coach or send all your videos by messages (see contacts) to the coach before receive the suggestio form corrections from the personal coach.
Cancellation Policy
Refund policy 1) Online training sessions are refundable until 24h before the planned session. Please write to our mail, contact us ont the website chat or contact the trainer directly. 2) Online training sessions are exchangeable (to an other date or time) until 1h before the planned session. Please write to our mail, contact us ont the website chat or contact the trainer directly. 3) Plans are not refundable and not exchangeable. However the 6 months plan can be froze for a maximum of one month in total if necessary. Please talk directly to your coach about this option if needed.
