Welcome to the first weekly installment of Power Aesthetic.

This will serve as a sort of collection of all my various projects, concepts and ideas into one clean, easy to read email that I will send to my subscribers each Wednesday.

The four sections are based on what I call "The Four Pillars," the quadrangle that I use to maintain my heading and focus by balancing these areas of my life.

In each e-mail, there will be one section dedicated to each- sometimes longer, other times shorter, and often, the section will be a quote pulled from a longer piece that you'll be able to read by clicking the provided link.

You'll see what I mean shortly.

I'd like to take a moment at the outset to ask that if you find any of my work valuable, you take the time to forward it, or use the link at the end of the email to share with friends- as I'm no longer "allowed" on social media, I have to rely fully on those of you who support my work to amplify the message.

I'm extremely grateful to those who do so.

"There are gateways to the soul located in the physical body.

By maintaining not only physical fitness, but a total sadhana that includes strength and martial pursuits, and by pushing our bodies to new levels, we "open doors in the flesh" that cannot be accessed by more "metaphysical" means.

There is more to the human being than just the physical, but those who never gain control and discipline over this first realm will never master the others."

"There is a mindset that leads to success more than any other, and that is:

Each time I fail, it is one less time I will ever fail.

Each time I succeed, it is the product of those failures that I didn't let stop me from trying again."

“When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds: Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world.

Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”

― Patanjali's "Yoga Sutras"

"Any time we are attempting to succeed in business, or become wealthy, we should be looking to discover one thing instead:

What problem currently exists in the world that we have a solution for?

If we can answer this question, and provide that solution to people in need of it, the success and wealth will follow like growth follows rain."
